Bed was comfy & room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. Staff were nice, just not as welcoming as I would’ve hoped. Breakfast wasn’t the best here, however it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had. Overall, the stay went well & I would recommend.

Breakfast was probably the best part. Had make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juices, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Got there an hour past check in time. Room was not ready. Was quoted 20 minutes, went to the park with the kids and returned 30 minutes later, still not ready. After waiting around another 15 minutes room was finally available. Original room selected on the Hilton app was not given, instead I got a room across from a party room and next to the back door entrance that kept slamming the first night that woke me up multiple times. Pool was nice for little kids and hot tub was a good touch. Was a little dirty in the hot tub but overall it was an ok experience. Wanted to really like it for quick family staycations but it was just ok. Staff were friendly and nothing outstanding or overly negative.
