Le cadre général est magnifique, surtout quand on arrive de nuit — on se croirait presque dans un décor de film. Côté accueil, rien à redire : c’est un sans-faute. Rapide, chaleureux, précis… bref, le genre de réception qui donne envie de revenir avant même d’avoir posé les valises. La chambre suit le même niveau d’excellence : propre, confortable, équipée de tout ce qu’il faut. Mention spéciale à...

"This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! "

"We were in the studio apartment for 6 people and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds/sofa beds and the bathroom looks brand new and well stocked with toiletries. We had our dog with us and there's plenty of grassy area outside the hotel. It's right next to a petrol station and shop with lots of things to put together dinner in the apartment. The staff were so lovely and helpful and even did a load of washing for us! Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come here...

"Good location for overnight transfer. There is also shuttle bus to the airport, just only inform them. Though, it is close to the airport, it's not noisy. Plus, it's easy connect to the train station if you want to go to the train station by bus. Importantly, Staff is friendly. "
