The address of the apartment is incorrect on your records. Listed as Shed 3, it is in fact Shed 23! The managing agents did not send instructions for collection of key and, in fact, cancelled our booking. Telephoned them and was directed to a dingy dirty office about 2km away. The staff were officious and certainly no advertisement for Kiwi hospitality. Bed and pillows need upgrading.
Our stay was in Shed 23, Apartment 35 and communication leading up to the stay was great with info on where to get the key, check-in/out, etc. However, was stuck in traffic prior to 5pm when needed to collect the key from one office, rang twice but went to answerphone. Noted that after 5pm, needed to collect key from different location, so on reaching this at 5.15pm found that in fact was not available until 5.30pm when it shifts from one location to another. More specific instructions on where the entry door to Shed 23 would have been helpful e.g. walk between the two buildings towards the Hilton Hotel and the entry is on the left before you reach the Hilton entrance. The views were amazing both at night and in the day and sitting out on the deck after the show we went to eating ice cream was beautiful. Unfortunately, the bed though was one of the worst we had ever encountered being so soft you sunk into the mattress with no back support whatsoever with pillows similar, no substance to them so felt like no pillow at all. Parking is at your own cost at one of the many facilities close by and location to the city was excellent as able to walk to our show at Spark Arena with ease.
After receiving an extra 5 emails on top of the Expedia ones all with the same content. Checked in no problems. Bed and sofa was terribly uncomfortable, cleaning was very sub standard. Spare electrical equipment sitting on the counter next to the tv, half a bottle of opened milk in the fridge, and a mouldy loaf of bread in the cupboard. Wouldn’t recommend or say here again. Local area has great restaurants all in close walking distance
