"We enjoyed the large bathrooms with heated towel racks. The front desk was hugely helpful when I had a health issue. The location was next to the beautiful River Ness and close to shopping and restaurants"

"The evening and Saturday staff were wonderful. Very pleasant, friendly and funny.
