The breakfast was a boxed one because of the breakfast area was under construction but that’s easily overlooked. We look forward to going back next year and seeing the fully renovated site. "

The only thing I didn't like was the pool which we were really looking forward to using as it was very cold where typically an indoor pool is heated. We did use the pool, however, it just would have been nicer if it was a decent temperature where you weren't freezing getting in the pool. "

"We stayed at this hotel for a trip to shop and visit Great Lakes Crossing Mall. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and hot items were switched each day. The pool was saltwater and clean. My only "conplaint" would be that the photos show a hot tub in the pool area, but the hot tub has been filled in, and the pool is small and very shallow. This made for a very crowded pool. "Great staff. Seems like a vey quiet area. Room was by the elevator, no so excited about that. Bed has impression on the left side. Slept better on the right side. Rooms are like small apartments with big fridge, big microwave, kitchen sink and a glass top range. Overall I liked my stay."
