"Check in was a joke. Ive been charged 3 times for 2 days with which was a total charge of $77, the next charge $182 then at check in another $100 when upgrading my room to accommodate when told no extra charge and not getting the protection for the booking im not sure they will give me any refund. I'll never book here again or through expedia"

"Parking was easy. Breakfast was basic but there was McDonalds next door. Tully's a block away for great food. Staff is very friendly. I've stayed here before and will stay again in June when we come back."

"For almost $200 a night, I expected more from this place. The room was nice, but there was no microwave or mini fridge and the TV was basic. I like the character of the bathroom, but the tile grout was dirty and the one towel hook was about to come off. The staff was nice, but never at the front desk. There was a sign to call them if you needed help which I can understand if they're running on a skeleton staff. However, whenever I would call the number, it was answered "hello" like a personal call rather than the stating the hotel name. Nothing majorly wrong, but I expected more for the price. "

"Given room that was down a horrible smelling hallway. Room was not vacuumed with visible large pieces of debris on floor. Room had plumbing sounds intermittently every few seconds. Asked to be moved. Moved to a “upgraded us to a suite for our troubles” which had holes in carpeting and more noises in hallway throughout the night intermittently which destroyed the night’s sleep while away from home. Would not recommend. Dirty and will not stay here again. This was 3rd time staying and other 2 stays were some time ago, but not filthy like this stay."
