"A near new and clean hotel, staff were excellent and a great base to get to Saint Mont Michel and St Malo. Excellent parking facilities, with two Ibis hotels on one site one 2 Star and the other 3 Star, both look excellent value for money."

The breakfast buffet was excellent, including offering gluten free bread (if you ask for it). It is also relatively close to driving to downtown Rennes. I highly recommend this hotel.
