"Fantastic stay for our family. The owner, Scott, was a perfect host and made us feel welcome. The food was excellent and the rooms well maintained and clean. It was an ideal location too for any site seeing near Galway. Highly recommended. We'll be back!"

"Really creaky old Hotel with lots of stairs."

"Pros: Rooms are clean and warm. Nice hot water with good pressure. Great gym included. Filtered water available on every floor. Would stay again. Cons: Noisy guests can be heard in the hall and adjacent rooms. Shower curtain needs changing. Not big things."

"They didn’t get our booking from Expedia so we didn’t end up having a room and had to find different accommodations. They were lovely it was expedias fault"

"Hand & wash basin was blocked!! I reported this to reception but nothing g was done no one came to fix it!!"

"This is about the most delightful bed-and-breakfast anywhere. Maura and Michael are a delight, and the property is conveniently situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We would happily return to this wonderful place!"

We ate there 3 nights on a roll because we like their food better than eating outside. The waiters stuff always smile, are kind, and bring the food right away when I request it. Thanks for putting up with me I know I’m a picky eater due to a sensitive stomach."

"The hotel and decor were beautiful and thoughtful but 5 stars is a stretch. Check-in was over an hour and 20 minutes late. They did not call or email when the room was ready so we had to check with the reception and the room was ready—for how long? Who knows. After a day of travel and commute, checking in after 5pm is absurd. The guest relations manager was helpful and attentive. This is the only reception that was outwardly helpful. The spa and staff were lovely but the steam room and...
