"We "happened" on this hotel because it was the location that marked the beginning of our trip! I would gladly stay here again. Although it appears to be an American style hotel, it was an amazing European stay. Although a different location in the city from our other Madrid hotel, it too was a great area and easily walkable for food/drinks/entertainment/shopping.
The staff welcomed us with smiling, kind, funny, pleasant personalities and were extremely accommodating and professional."
