"This was an amazing NYC hotel experience. This hotel provides lots of little extras to make the experience feel special. They welcomed us at reception with champagne (and offered water as well); snacks in the room were complimentary; larger hotel room then many in NYC with a beautiful bathroom; and the concierge recommended a great coffeeshop across the street. A+, 10 out of 10, will stay again."

"The staff were my favourite part about our stay. I don’t remember the receptionist first name but I remember her second name - Fortune. Always so cheerful, definitely made us smile every time we saw her. The rooms were pretty small for a double bed for 4 people and it was a bit dusty in places. Beds were comfortable and clean but space and storage was a big issue. I think I would only stay there again if it was just the two of us so we had more space, granted we did not spend much time in the hotel only to sleep really. Thank you for making our stay notable Ms Fortune!"

"Cuando hice la reserva aparecia que estaba incluido el desayuno, al llegar me dijero que debia pagar $20.00 por desayuno, y quien me informó fue el personal atento de la cefeteria no recibí buena atencion por parte del personal del Hotel, desde que llegue hasta que salí, de igual forma el Hotel dice que que hablan 3 idiomas Ingles, español y frances, cuando pedi ayuda en español nunca recibi una respuesta y quienes me guiaron fueron las personas amables de la cafeteria, me lleve una pesima experiencia habia estado en otros hoteles Holiday Inn en EEUU y nunca me habian atendido tan pesimo"

"While the location was wonderful, the property itself is in need of some essential upgrades. The hallways, lighting, and rooms are very run down. The carpet in our room was stained and the bathroom had water damage that needed to be addressed. I did enjoy having coffee and water bottles available during our stay and the room size itself was pretty good for a NY hotel room in this area."
