Mostly everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful. Great location, great casino, and good amenities. Other than the bathroom could’ve used a much larger sink for 3 people, we really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Front desk staff was very personable and efficient. Resorts is an older building but well maintained. Not enough shelf space in bathroom for personal belongings. Dougherty's happy hour menu is the best with great food and drinks. Staff there are also great and consistent. Will definitely be staying there again.

There was plenty of parking just outside where you check in, in the lobby. You could enter the Hard Rock Hotel from Resorts without going outside. We went to a concert at Hard Rock. Therefore, we didn’t need to bring coats.
