Service was good with nice people. Room appears to not have been updated since the 90's (just a guess) and the bed had me enjoying every spring, also probably around since the 90's.

Could Have Been a Great Stay, But We Won't Be back

The Good: The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and it was quiet, check in and out was easy. The Bad: The AC was barely functional, so the room was uncomfortable until 1AM each night, there were some bugs present, no iron, microwave or fridge, only two towels for two people for three days, no room service (no towel/sheet refresh, trash removal, etc), no coffee pot, one of the dresser drawers had to be kept wedged shut with a bent door key card. When we asked for more towels, we were told they only had one more, which we were reluctantly given. The Inn was less than half full, so there should have been plenty of towels. We had to dry the ones we had in front of the barely functioning AC unit each day.

I like the staff that it is very friendly except the foreign lady at the front desk.im not trying to be racist just don’t know her name. She is very rude and disrespectful.on the other hand the other staff are excellent and very helpful and go beyond to help.

Pros: The room was large and clean. The AC kept us good and cool. The hotel is very close to Atlanta Braves Stadium and to the interstate—a good value for an older hotel. Also, I did not see a single bug, which was a plus, because previous hotel guests had left bad reviews. . Cons: I needed a downstairs room because I am handicapped but we were put on the second floor. The outdoor stairs leading to the second floor had broken steps, and the handrails were unsteady. I do understand this is an older hotel. I was able to get up the stairs with help from my family. In our room, there was a hole in the wall by the sink. When we checked out, I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. We just left the key by the bed. We came to Atlanta, GA, for the Stray Kids concert at Truist Stadium and were only staying for one night, then heading back to Tennessee. This hotel is in a nice, quiet area, and for just one night we had a positive stay.

Cheap for a reason buddy

The distance to venues like the Coca Cola Roxy is pretty convenient, especially if you want to Uber pretty cheap or only drive a super short distance to the venue. It was so close that I actually decided to walk back from the venue and it only took like 20 minutes. The actual hotel itself is a hot mess, but you do get what you pay for. I do not recommend staying here with your kids or on a long trip lol. I asked the lady at the front desk for directions to my room and she rolled her eyes as she told me to just follow the numbers to my room, which yeah but it just put me off I guess. We found a dead roach, but I guess it was dead so it wasn’t that bad? The heat/ac unit didn’t work either which did suck because the thin sheet of a blanket that they gave us wasn’t keeping anyone warm in the winter. Will I ever stay at this hotel? Maybe if they tear down the building, get new ownership and hire new people sure. For now, I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless you’re just SUPER down bad on your luck.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE. The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. I told the manager on site, who happened to be one of the RUDEST people I've ever met, that we reserved a non-smoking room. He said, "that is a non-smoking room". I told him if that’s how all his non-smoking rooms smell I need to cancel my reservation and get a refund. He told me “Read the sign-NO REFUNDS”. I checked in early and had already paid. We went back and forth for a minute, and I realized that he was not interested in doing the right thing, only that his rooms were nonrefundable, so I got the receipt and told him I’d be disputing this with my CC company. The room and customer service was so bad we left, didn’t stay one night and had to rebook with another hotel nearby, where the rooms were clean, and the staff was warm and friendly. In my 49 years on this earth, I’ve never had a worse experience while staying at a hotel. I wish I could WARN anyone thinking of staying here ahead of time. STAY AWAY FROM RED ROOF INN.

Worst experience ever. Pube hairs in the bed, stains on the sheets, door knob fell off, electrical plug wires hanging out wall behind the bed, most disgusting place ive ever been to.. we stayed for about 15min and left
