Not so good. The hotel told us we were supposed to provide our own toilet paper and the cleaning service was supposed to come by on Monday and they didn’t so we went a week without our room being clean.

Awful!! Only if desperate would stay again!

Lady at checking was very rude. Not just to me but others while I waited to check in and when we went in to ask questions. They shorted us one day. Made reservations but they were closed on day of check in so we came in next day. But they had us checkout the original reservation checkout even though I had to pay for a week. Also shower was dripping at checkin and I told them but was never fixed. Bathroom was like a sauna due to hot water dripping for 6 days straight. Started having allergies due to mold.

They bombed the room 45min before checkin so they made us wait till 8 ocloclock at night to check in...when we opened door roaches where everywhere and gnats also ..so nasty i took my kids to the ER

The whole time was terrible no housekeeping i had to get my own sheets wash my own towels they wouldnt give me my mail all staff was rude we moved an forgot our cooler packed with clothes they lied an said nothing was left in room the neighbors on both sides constantly fighting loud music people above letting kids stomp around all night all other rooms got sprayed for bugs ours didnt there were several roaches i bought my own bug spray i dont recommen anyone to stay there way to expensive
