The staff was all so helpful and friendly! Although there was construction there were signs that made you aware. There were also notices about the winter storm, so that was very helpful! The room was clean and comfortable, exactly like the picture shown. I would definitely recommend my friends and family here.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Atlanta North and overall had a really nice experience. The hospitality was great, and the staff accommodated us quickly when we needed to switch rooms. Our first room unfortunately had roaches, but we were moved promptly to another room that was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was really good - hot, fresh, and a great way to start the day. The gym area is decent; the treadmills work well, although a few weights were missing. Aside from the initial room issue, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again.
