This bulding is old and In need of some work. The staff do their best at maintaining the property as best as they can. They are always cleaning something somewhere and are very polite and helpful. " The Ladies of Housekeeping", as I call them are the best ever! And Jazz at the desk...you couldn't find a better than her to do what she does!!

I stayed here twice within two weeks and Jazz was simply AMAZING! I love the room upgrades. Much better looking since I was last here about a year ago. I look forward to returning, canโ€™t wait to see Jazz again. Thank you for all that you do (she does a lot).

My room is clean with a super comfy bed. Had a couple of issues maintenance came the next day and they were fixed. Housekeeping is the absolute best, the ladies work hard to maintain these rooms and keep up to standards also Jazz at the desk is awesome ๐Ÿ‘

I keep my room very clean and tidy so housekeeping does not have much to do in the room. The Ladies of Housekeeping are the bestest though! If you are ever here make sure you say "HI" to Jazz at the desk who is also the bestest!! ๐Ÿ˜Š

The WiFi does not extend into the rooms and so being a foreigner alone in the room I felt unsafe. In order to contact anyone I had to go out to where I could get a signal. The best thing was the free shuttle. I booked a non smoking room smelled like they had a weed party in there actually from the lobby smelled like weed.. no coffee/tea station in the room . Itโ€™s in the lobby and the machine didnโ€™t work.. never booking here again

My room was clean when I entered it. A/C is nice because it is way too hot ๐Ÿ”ฅ outside! Everything that is supposed to work in my room is functional except for a floor lamp behind the chair but with the 3 wall lights that do work....it's cool. The ladies of Housekeeping are amazing everyday! And Jazz at the desk is wonderful!

I really enjoyed my room, the bed was super comfy and the A/C was great! I had a couple of days where my TV did not work but Tony got it working only to not work the next day. Thanks to the Manager of Housekeeping and her quick thinking for bringing another TV to my room. All of housekeeping was great, they keep the hotel as clean as possible. Also the young lady with the glasses was super nice and always helpful.

Definitely in the hood of Atlanta. I had a trip no microwave, saw 2 roaches in my room during my time. I understand people live in hotels but they need to be a little more tidier. Noodles on floor on 2nd floor hall. Needs more lighting in hallway. It was pretty quiet needs a pool
