I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel. The property had a strong unpleasant smell, and the overall atmosphere felt poorly maintained. My interaction with the night staff was also disappointing—they seemed annoyed whenever I asked a question, which made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the customer service and condition of the property did not justify staying here.

Upon checking in i was hit with a very strong, overpowering odor in the lobby. Smelled similar to incense mixed with cleaning chemicals. Despite the smell i continued to check in. I got to the room took a shower, the water wouldn’t drain. Used the toilet & the edge around the seat had residue on it. The towels had long black hair tangled in it. The sheets on the side of the bed had poop like stains on it. I checked out early, couldn’t stay the hotel was filthy. I 100% do not recommend this hotel for anyone. Disgusting is not enough to describe this hotel.

The room condition was not pleasant; it was not swept, the sheets were from the previous guest, the remote for the tv was not working; also, it would be good to invest in a water fountain. I had to get a broom from the feont desk to sweep.the room before I could rest.

Upon arrival, the lobby reeked of marijuana and air freshener. Very overpowering. When entering the room, at first glance was nice, however, there was remanence of previous occupant's trash in the entry way and hair covering the bathroom floor. The only positive comment is that the sheets and towels were clean.

My daughter called hotel at 9pET to inform they'd arrive ATL via Delta after midnight. Front desk confirmed the room, said shuttle service stops at midnight from Hartsfield. They arrived ~1aET via Uber...now no room is available, then after 15 minutes...there was a room. When my daughter / son-in-law went to this room...it was occupied...front desk said they'll have to find something else. She waited for 90 minutes with her husband while the individual in the room vacated with all their belongings. Unbelievable! Hotel was given 4+ hours notice of their late arrival and the Hotel confirmed their reservations.

On January 14th I was set to stay in one of your hotels for 1 night but found the hotel rooms given to me to be unclean and smelling of smoke. When I arrived, there were clear instructions NOT to smoke on the premises otherwise the hotel would fine me $250. I was set to stay in room 120 and the bathroom was unclean and the room was not swept over. Hair shedding and muck were all over the bathroom and the bed. I was told the “cleaners” were supposed to take care of this and had left at 3pm, yet that clearly isn’t true. The front desk person was kind enough to give me another room 223 and that room was not taken care of either and had a putrid smell of nicotine. I cannot stand the smell of smoke. If the hotel has to fine their clients for smoking then why should I be assigned a space that clearly violated that area. The state of this hotel is not what was advertised on the website and I am appalled at the conditions offered for making amends. There isn’t even a proper chain of command to rectify the situation. I have emailed my complaints with photo evidence about the matter.

The airport shuttle never came although we called three times. Each time we had to wait a long time to get someone to pick up. We ended up taking an Uber. The breakfast area wasn't clean, the waffle griddle was hot but there was no waffle batter. Really disappointing and the reception clerk was rude. Definitely won't be returning.
