"A pousada é um charme, e super bem organizada! Toda atenção possível aos detalhes, faz você querer passar dias na propriedade. Existem várias atividades para poder relaxar, além de fornecer serviço de spa e também de restaurante maravilhoso, para todas as refeições. É perrto da cidade, pra fazer o que for necessário, mas tem toda a calmaria e beleza que buscavamos. Ótimo custo-benefício. Voltaremos com certeza! "

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. "My stay was wonderful, the entire team was helpful, helpful, and committed to making sure I had the best. I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. Thank you Mr. Luiz for your Beautiful Refugio do Saci."

"O hotel é maravilhoso, mas infelizmente tive uma noite terrível devido a um barulho de ronco num quarto ao lado que era separado por uma porta. Sei que foi uma situação pontual, e que não é culpa do hotel, infelizmente dei um tremendo azar, foi bem desagradável passar a madrugada lutando pra conseguir dormir, ainda mais tendo uma prova no dia seguinte. Apenas como sugestão poderiam rever uma melhoria no isolamento acústico nesses quartos que tem esse tipo de estrutura a fim de evitar futuras...

"Tudo muito bom, atendiyda recepção, alimentação, e equipe dos quartos. Observo que a acústica dos corredores com os quartos é bem prejudicada pois os ruídos passam muito do corredor aos quartos, valeria a uma análise em substituir as portas simples por portas que façam a supressão de ruído. Em relação ao dia que tivemos na janta a pizza, valeria a pena tentarem fazer do modo convencional utilizando o forno a lenha que vocês tem, não colocar as pizzas nas formas e colocar no forno, isto muda...

"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."
