Ótimo. Excelente atendimento. Comida caseira ótima. Opções de lazer fantástica. Só tenho duas sugestões para melhoria: sistema de manuseio da TV é complexo, aconselho mudança e quarto que fiquei é pequeno(chalé plus duplo). No mais tudo excelente.

Boa hospedagem com ressalvas.

A estadia foi muito boa. Apenas alguns pequenos detalhes a serem ajustados como a arrumação do quarto que não era feita diariamente no horário que estávamos fora do quarto mesmo com cartão na porta. Por diversas vezes a arrumadeira veio no horário em que estávamos no quarto. Uma crítica negativa não é para a pousada e sim para o hoteis.com Reservei pelo app um quarto triplo com ar condicionado e o mesmo não estava disponível no checkin. A acomodação informou que o hoteis.com não informou corretamente o número de hospedes por conta do terceiro hospede ser minha filha de 2 anos. Lembrando que paguei por um quarto com estrutura melhor. Ainda assim esse é um problema de comunicação que deve ser resolvido entre os prestadores.

Ótimo atendimento, comida maravilhosa, funcionários educados, piscinas top, área de lazer ótima. A limpeza do quarto péssima. Quando cheguei tinha sujeira atrás da porta e por duas noites, encontrei barata. Até entendi que estamos numa área verde, mas não gostei de encontrar no quarto. Viva Reclamei e foram mega prestativos, porém não tinha outro quarto disponível. E prometeram limpar. Sem sucesso, quando retornei.

MUITO BOM, MAS PODE MELHORAR

Essa foi minha terceira vez na pousada. O ponto alto são as piscinas, sendo uma aberta e climatizada e a outra coberta e aquecida. Também merece destaque as refeições. O pessoal que faz as comidas está de PARABÉNS! Comida caseira, com variedades. Acredito que a pousada tem grande potencial, mas ainda precisa de alguns ajustes. Após a janta não há mais nada pra fazer. A pousada poderia investir em uma sala de jogos, com jogos de tabuleiro ou até mesmo a contratação de uma equipe de recreação, considerando que recebem muitas famílias com crianças. Também merece uma atenção especial e investimento as salas de TV, que estão com cheiro de mofo. Por fim, é necessário aumentar a equipe que presta serviços na área do bar da piscina.

Uma pena a diferença de padrão entre a infraestrutura de lazer em comparação com a infraestrutura de acomodações. Da vontade de ir novamente mais não dormir. Infraestrutura top no lazer e infraestrutura de acomodações muito simples e limitada na limpeza.
