We liked the security of the property. Overall the communication was excellent but we did have an issue right when we got to the apartments. We got to the location and had a code for everything except to acquire our key. We stood outside in the hallway for about twenty minutes waiting on that information. Was a very clean room, had a stove, kitchen sink, microwave and a fridge. The communication by the host was done well and they were responsive. The only comment I have is that when others are in the hall of the apartment it can be loud, however, this only occurs during the day. As well, there was a time when we came back from being out for the day and the room to our door was open and maintenance was being done. If notice was given for this it would have been fine but there was no communication beforehand. Of course all our belongings were still there, but it would have been nice to know.

Very loud music at midnight so hard to sleep

When we entered the room, we realized that the sofa bed was broken and did not fully open. I immediately messaged the situation to Despina, the manager of the hotel. She said she didn't know about this, that the lady in charge of cleaning didn't give any information, and that she would talk to her right away. The next day, my daughter was having a hard time on a bed that wasn't fully opened, and I wanted them to fix it. She said it couldn't be fixed because it was Sunday. I asked for it to be fixed the next day but she didn't get back to us until she left the room. I was very upset that they met us with a broken and not fully opened bed and did not solve the problem for 5 days. There are also many bars and restaurants just below the room. Very loud music sounds until 3 o'clock at night. especially on the weekend music gets louder and it is impossible to sleep. By the way, the location of the room was very central and very close to attractions.
