Our stay, for the most part, was quite satisfactory. Service was efficient and staff pleasant and courteous. The interior of the hotel was very clean. Our only issues was with the inconvenience of the location i.e. inaccessibility of transport vehicles to the hotel's entrance and the unattractiveness of the surrounding exterior area of the property, which we acknowledge is no fault of the hotel per se.

The hotel is relatively new, which shows in the modern design and overall look of the property. That said, our stay fell short in a few key areas. Housekeeping did not fully meet expectations — the floors were not swept and the counters were not wiped during our stay, which was disappointing for a newer hotel. The room also lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, which would have been appreciated and should be clearly noted in the room description. Additionally, the atmosphere leaned much more toward a party scene than a relaxing stay. This isn’t necessarily a negative, but it should be advertised more accurately so guests know what type of experience to expect.

C'est le pire hôtel d Athènes ! Le personnel est agressif et ne sait rien: ni son nom, ni celui du directeur de l'hôtel... LE PROBLÈME : c'est le bruit permanent des bars et discothèques juste à côté, car la rue est piétonne... Les discothèques sont ouvertes jusqu'à 7 h du matin !!! En plus de la musique les gens sortent fumer, bavarder, chanter... Impossible de dormir ! L'hôtel n'avait pas de chambres de l'autre côté de l'immeuble, il paraît, n'a pas voulu contacter son directeur pour trouver une solution car cette une situation permanente, et finalement n'a pas voulu me rembourser, soit disant il y avait une chambre - du même côté - mais je ne l'avais pas voulu... La politique de l'hôtel est inacceptable ! J'ai du changer d'hôtel à presque 2h du matin en urgence pour pouvoir dormir ! Maintenant je dépose une plainte et mon avocat s'en occupera car la qualité essentielle de l'hôtel, qui est "dormir", n'est absolument pas respecté et la situation particulière de cet hôtel n'est absolument pas indiquée dans aucun descriptif ni sur aucun site de vente! Ils ont osé me dire que la discothèque n'était pas la hier!? Sérieux ?! A ce point vous prenez des gens pour des pigeons? Je ne recommande absolument PAS!

Clean, tidy & good breakfast

The hotel was in reasonable distance of all forms of public transport, it was very clean & the staff were all extremely helpful, they gave great restaurant tips. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby too. The room was small enough, but adequate. There was a place to leave bags on the last day while we explored some more of Athens - our flight was late in the evening.
