We stayed at the Athenians Modern Apartment with our family of 5. It was perfect. Location was great for our first trip to Athens. The space was in great condition and had wonderful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. The staff was very helpful with baggage storage and were even able to get our room ready early.

This was the perfect little stay for my last night in Athens. In the best area near great shopping and restaurants. The place was great, the bathroom was really nicely laid out and the best was so comfortable!

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including the use of a washing machine at no extra charge which was super helpful given that we had been travelling for a few weeks and needed to do laundry. Host was friendly and very helpful. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Great location right next to the station with trains direct to the Airport. Easy to walk to all of the main areas. Fantastic terrace with great views and modern decor/design. Only downsides were the road noise and lift noise. Bring ear plugs and your good to go. Great value for central Athens.

Great location, simple / basic but spacious and bad everything you needed. I didn’t like that there were so many codes. I wish we were able to make our own codes. Upon arrival my phone was overheated because it was so hot out. I couldn’t find the code and it was stressful after traveling alone with two kids. The alarm went off in the hallway one night while there. And we went out the emergency exit stairs , after going a couple floors down there was a door shut and locked with a code pad. I really hope you change this! Luckily the alarm was false alarm but had it been an emergency. That could be the matter of life or death. No oven, just microwave and stove top. Was nice to be able to cook. Overall it was a good property and I’d stay here a again.

So happy I picked this place!

I absolutely loved this place. The rooms were decorated so nicely. Everything was clean. I had my own private balcony which was amazing as it was facing the Acropolis. The building was easy to access. Each unit had a color and city theme. Check in was smooth. The AC systems worked so good. Great little kitchen. The Syntagma Metro station was 2 blocks away. Super convenient to and from the airport and to the center of town. About 4 coffee shops around the corner and plenty of walkable restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Athens.

Stayed in the blue room. Building looks old on the outside but apartment is new. Pros: Good location, within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants located nearby, functioning kitchen, terrace with good view of the Acropolis. Cons: Not sure why but the lift didn't work twice. For me, the switch to the stove wasn't intuitive but that could be solved by texting Vera!

I booked this place 5 years ago with my family. We stayed in the Gold Suite. It was amazing and when my husband and I decided to come visit my oldest (now studying in college abroad in Athens), I checked out several traditional hotels and nothing compares. This location is perfect, 1 min walk to Syntagma, 2 min walk to Plaka, 10 min walk to Pangrati stadium. It’s modern, clean, spacious and secure and best of all, the balcony is huge and you can sit out at night as a family and enjoy a perfect view of the Acropolis! Unobstructed!! There is a common laundry machine right outside the room which is very easy to use, they even provide detergent. They also offer luggage self-storage if you need to check out but want to still see some sights. The front desk staff is amazing. Thanks to Anna and Dimos for great hospitality!!

Slendid location, lots of restaurants nearby, 5 mins walk to Plaka`s interior areas. One big minus in the apartment building: One morgning the elevators didn´t work so we took emergency stairs to get from 8th floor to the street. Stairs were stuffed with junk and the lower door giving to garage area was LOCKED!What in the case of fire? People are trapped!!!

We had a very good stay at athéniens. Ideally situated near the metro station and close to touristic attractions. We had an early morning flight and the bus station to airport was 2 mins away by walk.. we had our private balcony with a view over the acropolis.

Great communication from the manager, really good location close to bars and restaurants and about 2 mins walk to acropolis. I stayed in yellow room which was a very good size and comfortable. Friends stayed in Gold room with an amazing balcony and view. Elevator/lift may frighten the life out of you first time you use it 😂

The Athenians Modern Apartment-Awesome Experience

I had spent 3 nights in this apartment in early March, the early spring time in Athens. Without doing much review, I reserved this apartment just right before my visit, yet the experience was brilliant. It was not the first time I visited Athens, so location is always the priority when choosing accommodation. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city --- Syntagma, where you can visit the major tourist attractions (e.g. the Acropolis) and amenities (e.g. restaurants & shops) within walking distance. It takes only 3 minutes to the metro station through the Syntagma Square where you can witness the vibrant and local side of the city. In term of the room quality, it was one of the best among the apartments that I had stayed. The 5 suite apartments are located on the 8th floor, and you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the Acropolis in the spacious terrace inside most of the rooms. The names of the apartments refer to the 5 cosmopolitans in the world and are categorized by 5 different colors, constituting to a themed apartment design. I was assigned to stay in the Orange (London) apartment which is the most spacious among all. It is with modern décor and stylish design which can accommodate 3 couples to stay. The room was extremely spacious with an open kitchen and a luxurious-style bathroom. The wall paintings add spice to the overall ambience of the room. The lighting also gives a romantic feeling during the nights. There is a master room with a king-sized comfy bed,
