Nice location in the most vibrant area!

We had a great visit at Muse and the location was amazing and close to evertyhing that is worth to see in Athens. Gigi was a great Host as well and helped us with our Extreme early Taxi booking to the airport.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Athens

Beautiful apartment, well equipped with everything. Really comfortable beds. Couldn’t hear noise from downstairs which I was a little worried about when we arrived as it is right in the middle of the bustling market. Location is amazing! Communication was fantastic before and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.

This is a great accommodation.

The staff was very friendly, the location was great for walking to tourist attractions, and the facilities, including air conditioning and shower, were excellent. However, sometimes ants were seen. I wish the hotel would do some pest control work.

The rooms had great views, a close to all the action. Close to all the great shopping and dining you could ask for. The rooms had a lot of space and were very modern. The staff were very helpful and responsive to any communication, even before our arrival. The only thing that turn me off was I got pick pocketed just steps away from the front door. So that was a little bit of a bummer.

The Staff is very kind and friendly. We stayed to 5 hotels in different places on our trip and among all of this Hotels , Muse Urban Suites is Like a Gem…highly recommended, very clean , big rooms, excellent View .. walkable to shopping and attractions.. Excellent Choices of Restaurants recommended by Kostas the Staff and it was really cheap . We are back to California and here looking for our next tour next year hoping we find another hotel like Muse Urban Suites.. Thank you Kostas for taking of us ..

Conveniently and centrally located, with easy access to everything from metro/transportation to sightseeing spots. There are plenty of nearby options for food and shopping. The rooms are clean and offer decent space for a family of four. The AC unit in the room drips water, though not enough to create a major mess. We reported this to the front desk and hope it will be fixed for the next guest. We booked two rooms—one for my family and another for my friend and their family. My friend mentioned that their room door was left open after cleaning. Fortunately, nothing was lost. We messaged the front desk about it but haven’t received a response. If not for the AC dripping issue and the door being left open, this place would easily be a 5-star stay for me. Gigi has been very prompt and helpful (except for the lack of follow-up on the door issue). When we needed linens washed, Gigi took care of it right away.

Great stay. Good location in flea market area just 2 mins walk from Metro station. We stayed in deluxe suite with great views of the Acropolis. Gigi at check-in was very helpful and accommodating and apartment was a good size with separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Air con / heaters worked very well. Would definitely stay there again as great value for money.
