Basement apartment smelling mold

It was very disappointing to find out that it is a basement apartment. The key should be picked up at another point - very inconvenient because of the luggage and a taxi. The place was smelling mold and it was untidety, even after my complaning. But, the worst was the fact that they asked me to pay an extra cleaning fee - 20 euros per a day. When I protested about that, becouse on your site was written that I have payed everything, the receptionist told that she is not going to give me the key if I behieve like that. It was a shock to me. The young lady supose to be kind and polite to a customer, not rude. Two of four days the TV was out of order and the Handy didn't work at all. The third day, the cleaning lady didn't change the towels and even didn't empty the been basket at toilet, knowing that I am going to leave next day.

DISGUSTING !!!!!

Förfärligt! Rummet gick inte att hitta mitt i natten.. Det var absolut inte som på bilderna- slitna och smutsiga möbler, smutsiga väggar, ej fungerande klocka, damm och hårtussar både vid trappuppgången och runt sängarna, MÖGEL och otroligt äcklig lukt i badrummet, förstörda fönsterrutor som inte gick att stänga, låtande AC. Inte alls nöjd med rummet och renligheten. Efter samtal med receptionist så påstod de att de skulle göra en storstädning dagen därpå men ALLT var som innan. Skabbigt och smutsigt. FY! Rekommenderas absolut inte!!!! Enda bra var närheten till centrum.

. There was no where in the description that it was a basement apartment. Other than that it was a fine place, The other problem was picking up the key. You have to go to a different place to pick up the key. When you have suitcases with you and a taxi driver waiting for you, and it's a hundred degrees outside it's best that all the paperwork is done on site of the apartment. I ended up walking to the location for half an hour with suitcases. I let the taxi driver go as I was trying to figure out how everything worked. It was very tiring, especially after a ten hour flight. Being a basement would not stop me from rebooking this place. It's the key pick up that would. Also, after several requests for a pick up service at the airport no one came to pick me up.

Si avvalgono di una società terza per il servizio di gestione che ha creato solo difficoltà rispetto ai normali servizi di prenotazione disponibili. Mi hanno fatto pagare le spese di pulizia senza rilasciare una ricevuta dicendo che mi avrebbero mandato una mail che non è mai arrivata. Mi è toccato inoltre andare a prendere le chiavi presso un ufficio situato a quasi un km di distanza (tragitto che ho dovuto fare avanti ed indietro con le valigie) perché loro non venivano per darmi le chiavi e fare l'accoglienza all'appartamento. L'appartamento tutto sommato spazioso e posizionato bene. Una camera è piccola e priva di finestre. L'altra con le finestre è posizionata all'altezza della strada quindi è molto rumorosa a tutte le ore, anche di notte visto che la strada è di passaggio. La connessione wireless avvolte ha dei problemi. La tv non ha un buon segnale. Si vedono solo canali in greco e la bbc in inglese. Tv piccolo. Non lo consiglierei.
