This is a great spot if you want the feel of living in the area. I stayed in one of the smallest accommmodations and it was very comfy. I basically had a studio apartment. Psirri and Monastiraki are great areas to visit; it will be busy with tourists. The metro is close by and there are a bunch of things to do.

We loved the actual apartment and the view we had from our balcony (6th floor). The receptionist was incredible!!! Super nice and attentive to our needs. We were a family of 6 with a baby and felt super comfortable. He will definitely stay here again next time!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was in a very central location within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and historical places. Irene was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make us feel very welcome. I would stay there again.

Property is in the epicenter of things, two minutes away from the metro station and five minutes walk from the Monastiraki Square and the old flea market. Regardless of the direction you chose to go, there are restaurants, cafes and just people hanging out. Place is immersed in the authentic Athens urban milieu.

Overall, the property was good. We felt safe, were a walkable distance from Monistaraki Square, and the view from the apartment was incredible. It was clean and looked like the photos. The one problem we had was the air conditioning. We were never able to get the temperature below 74° in the apartment and even had to sleep with one night in the upper 70°’s inside. That part was miserable. It was hot when we arrived and we didn’t know how to operate the unit so we could not get it cool.

Correcto

La situacion es genial para turismo a pie, compras y restaurantes. Al lado de metro. Staff muy agradable. Hay recepcion de dia hasta las 16h aprox. La habitacion es amplia y bien decorada. Aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y silencioso. Cocina bien equipada. Hervidor y cafetera con capsulas incluida asi como algunos snaks. Nuestro apartamento en 4 planta era como un loft y va necesitando arreglos. El wc estaba apoyado en un ladrillo porq del peso alguien lo habria descolgado. Alguna puerta de armarios tambien. Cama comoda aunque el sofa cama un poco hundido. Buenas sabanas y toallas. Por el dia muy comodo pero no lo recomendaria por el precio pagado. Hay un pub a pie de calle que cierra a las 4h am con karaoke o gente q canta y no pudimos dormir mucho por el ruido, una de las ventanas no cerraba del todo y empeoraba la situacion. Si vas a salir de fiesta ( que hay mucha en la zona) es genial, nosotros con un niño de 5 años no..
