Good and relaxing place with nice staff

We really like Breeze, we have been here several times. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work this time, and it was uncomfortably hot all night. We were offered to change rooms, but we had unpacked everything and it was late at night, so we stayed. Otherwise very good service, nice staff and the breakfast was very good. Its very close to center, but its not much noise around to be in the city.

Air cond either on or off and temperature cannot be adjusted. Elevators are so tiny and run so slowly, sometimes only one is operating, waiting for elevators takes forever. Bed made of foam, not mattress and not comfortable. Sink drains slowly. TV screen size not big enough for distance from bed. Carpet runs down.

Quick trip to Athens then to Port

My family and I had a great stsy. The staff is friendly/kind and breakfast very good. Everything was better than expected and you couldnt tell much from the outside. Also, there is a resturante and cafe/pastry spot around the cirner in a alley way the food was very deliscious

Location and Breakfast.

Clean and confortable, good location 2 blocks away from Metro station and lots of conveniant stores around, Not the best area but safe. Needs some updating. The Breakfast room is the BEST!!!! Bright and clean with lots of food options, Staff friendly , Angelo at the front desk very helpful. I will stay there again.

Exceptional value

The hotel is well located a few minutes from Omonia metro. Small but we'll equipped with all you need and an excellent breakfast included.Reception staff very helpful,and a luggage room is avail to drop bags earlier. An exceptional value,quality hotel for the price we paid.

I liked everything. Location is great- just a couple of minutes walk to Omonia Metro. Breakfast is good- lots of variety of food. The breakfast room is big - no trouble finding a seat. People are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean. Wifi always worked. Air Conditioner also worked well.

The hotel itself was very nice, with clean and large rooms. Breakfast had a fairly good variety. The front desk staff were not always helpful, laid back and rather happy for you to wait. The area the hotel is in isn’t very pleasant, and I always felt unsafe and as if I had to be on my guard when returning in the evening. I’m pretty sure there was streetwalker standing on the corner opposite the hotel on one of the evenings.

The grand superior room was just a regular room with added two extra beds . We were forced to remove a chair and a table to put our luggage in the room. I can’t understand how they got permission to put 4 people in there room!. The best was air conditioning and breakfast. Also clean.

Choose something else

Shower had black mold & in the shower threshold; it was chipped and mold is growing in the chipped area. The only furniture in the room to sit on was one chair, which had worn through Uphostery. The towels were frayed with strings hanging. Last, but not least is an active prostitution business with about four or five ladies walking around and in front and their pimp looking menacingly around them. We did not feel safe and I’m sure it was not a safe place to be especially at night.

How is it that this hotel can change the original reservation date because their was nothing available for the date I wanted and not refund? I went in person and spoke to them and was told that the computer changed the date but will not refund. I can understand me making the changes but why should they keep the full amount when it’s their fault? NOT RECOMMEND!!

We traveled a family of four (2 adults & 2 teenagers) The room we received had a king size bed and two single beds, one on each side of the main bed what didn’t leave too much space to walk between them. Having said that, there was enough space in the room for the trolleys and personal bags (we had 4 of each). The down side in the room was that the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom was a thick not see through glass and there was no real privacy when taking a shower and when the light was turned on in the bathroom it lit the bedroom as well. There was a mini bar in the room which was very convenient to store food. A big bottle of water was replaced daily when the room was cleaned. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The area is pretty good. Public transportation within three blocks, shops and restaurants near by. 15 minute walk to Monastiraki Square. At night we felt a bit uncomfortable walking around near the hotel though. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The Breeze Boutique was a lifesaver for our last-minute booking in Athens. The property's location is very convenient for metro usage, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. We found our room to be quite comfortable and truly appreciated the small amenities provided to guests. The neighborhood is a little gritty, but the Boutique keeps their space neat and tidy and graciously accommodated our requests for baggage storage.
