Friendly and helpful staff, and great value for the price. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! We had an early ferry, and the chef kindly prepared breakfast to go for us to enjoy on the ferry—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel was clean and comfortable, although the location isn’t ideal for walking and the surrounding area is not the most pleasant.

The hotel was in a good location; we were a short walk from Omonia Square and the Metro (which was really cheap, clean and efficient). There was an excellent supermarket nearby and there were numerous cafes and restaurants within a short walk. Our rooms were light and airy; good air-con (essential!) and equipped with kettle, sink, lap-top sized safe and a fridge. The hotel staff were amazing. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and everything was as described. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was excellent every day. Our transfers to and from the airport were arranged as requested and that was seamless too.

The check-in staff, especially the manager, was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast experience could be improved, as the kitchen staff was not as friendly or attentive. My main concern was the location. There were many people struggling with drug addiction around the area on the way to the hotel, and the surrounding streets were quite dirty. There was also a noticeable smell of urine in some areas. Because of this, I would recommend choosing a hotel in a different location, especially if the neighborhood and surroundings are important to you.

Friendly small hotel in the Omonia section of Athens. Less touristy, more authentic feeling Greek neighborhood with a NYC vibe. Our contact was super helpful and communicative through the Expedia app, and arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the port on our arrival and to take us to the airport on our departure. Ten minute walk to the Archeological Museum and about 20 to 30 minutes walk to the Acropolis and the Agora of Athens. We had a 2BR apartment with a small kitchen that included a cooktop, oven, and electric tea kettle, and were able to prepare meals and tea. Plus they provided breakfast in the coffee shop below the hotel. We appreciated their hospitality and kindness. The street was noisy at night but the hum of the air conditioner was a good white noise cover (plus, I used ear plugs). Our friends who stayed in the Monastirakiou and Plaka areas also talked about the noise in those parts of town. Athens is a lively city with a late nightlife, so just plan accordingly so that you can take care of yourself if you are a light sleeper!

This apartment was bright, spacious, and well-maintained, with city views and a peaceful atmosphere inside. The Hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located near historic sites and everythink in the city, it offered excellent amenities. The friendly staff make your day. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Luxury at an affordable price. All the staff at the hotel were great, kind and gracious, and ready to address any of our needs. The breakfast was delicious and every time we felt full! It was a good stay in our weekend at Athens. The price was good for the location and two bedroom apartment. Beds are comfortable and the AC is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful in the check in and in our short time there. The neighborhood was a little scary at night.

Great return stay – love the Mad Berry breakfast.!!!!!!!!!!! This was our second time staying at Athens Warehouse Boutique Hotel & Suites, and it was just as wonderful as before. A special mention goes to the breakfast at Mad Berry. The coffee, fresh bakery items, and breakfast options were delicious and the perfect way to start our day. Me and my friends had great time in Warehouse hotel. Quiet, clean and excellent staff. Breakfast was great and few drinks down at the bar make your stay elevated. Close to everywhere, taxi is cheep 5 euros to bars and clubs or walk it for 10 min. A lot of space in the apartment feels like penthouse with everything you may imagine. Will share with everyone whoum may travel to Athens.

My partner and I recently stayed in one of the City Condos at Athens Warehouse Boutique Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. The condo itself was beautifully designed—modern, incredibly clean, and very comfortable for a couple. The central location was perfect for us; it served as an ideal base for exploring the city, with easy access to major sights and transport. Every morning started perfectly with a fantastic breakfast that gave us plenty of energy for sightseeing. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. They were incredibly courteous, attentive, and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with anything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Athens and highly recommend it to other couples!

It was an amazing stay, confortable, cleanlines, highly aplreciated as well mattreses linens, luxury and in high standards. The whole staff was extremly helpful maids, tbe coffee and breakfast.
