Our stay with Hotel Athinaidos Quarters by K & K was a wonderful experience! The ambiance felt like home with a warm welcoming greeting from Giorgios. He was very helpful and knowledgeable for places to visit and dine, adding to our itinerary. The stay was very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. To addition the showers were very spacious with a big plus. Thank you for our Athens experience!

We had a wonderful stay in this stunning apartment. The space itself was beautifully presented, comfortable, and felt like a real home away from home. The location was absolutely brilliant — within easy walking distance of shops, public transport, and all the main local sights, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The only slight downside for us was the location of our room (the Elixir room), which is very close to a bar that stays open until around 5am. Even as someone used to living in a busy city centre, the late-night music and constant chatter did make it difficult to sleep. This was then followed by the local church bells ringing just before 7am. That said, this wouldn’t necessarily be an issue for everyone, and overall it’s a fantastic place to stay in a superb location. We would happily return — perhaps just opting for a room further away from the bar next time.

Athens best kept secret

We loved to stay at this hotel. The decor and attention to details is exceptional. The historical building very charming. The owner very friendly and knowledgeable about the local architecture of Plaka / Monastiraki. Will stay here again.

Such a great location, so many restaurants, shops and easy to walk to major attractions. The rooms were very clean and had great space. The property was easy to talk with to ask questions. Don't miss the view from the roof!

Stay in the Heart of Athens

Accommodations are just as pictured. Location is very central and convenient. Our host George was immensely helpful in giving us tips about traveling in the region, helping with taxis, translating, luggage storage and more. Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

The apartment is very nicely appointed and in a convenient location. Property manager was great to work with. Only downside was that it was located next to some restaurant/bars that were a bit louder after midnight still. The food at those restaurants was great though!

Excellent property! Yorgos was a great host. He gave us a brilliant restaurant recommendation nearby and was very helpful overall.property is in a historic building that was tastefully renovated. It has an elevator so no problems with access to rooms.

A gem in best location

Loved the place, the room, the location, the hosts ...Everything was very good and the hosts( Elina and George) were very nice and accommodating. The room was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. Very tastefully furnished, clean, comfortable and all was great. I certainly will get back to this place for my next trip to Athens and recommend it to my friends.

Great location! It is near all the sites. It is a busy part of the city which our family loves to be near. The room was clean, spacious, and very beautiful. The jacuzzi looking at the Parthenon was amazing. Yorgos was a great host. He was helpful with restaurant suggestions and transfers.
