The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus.

Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

この度はお世話になりました。 お風呂やお食事はとても満足しており、快適に過ごすことができました。 一点だけ気になったことがあります。バイキング会場の室温がかなり高く、食事中も暑さで少し気分が悪くなってしまいました。せっかく美味しいお料理をゆっくり楽しみたかったのですが、早めに席を立たざるを得なかったのが少し残念でした。 可能であれば、空調の温度調整や風量の見直しなどをご検討いただけると、より快適に食事を楽しめると思います。 今後も素敵な施設であり続けていただけることを期待しております。ありがとうございました。

改装されたとのことで内装はとてもキレイで心地よかったです。 スタッフの方は外国の方が多かったですがサービスも徹底されており気持ちよく滞在できました。 気になったことはホテル規模の割に大浴場が小さめなのとシャワーブースも少なくできれば仕切りがあると有り難いところと送迎バスの本数や乗車人数か少ないことです。迎えは満員で利用できず残念でした。 それと朝食時ロビーにまで焼き物の煙が充満していてちょっとびっくりしました。 総合的にはコスパ的にも満足いくホテルでした。
