We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!

Relaxing hotel before city exploring!

The hotel was amazing! We had a private onsen room, which was very relaxing before having beautiful 5 course dinners in the hotel restaurant. The staff were so kind and friendly to us. We don’t speak Japanese but we were made to feel very welcome.

夫婦で利用したのですが、私の手違いで一人予約となっていましたが、チェックイン時にすぐに二人に変更していただきました。 ストレスなく対応していただき感謝です。 ただし、ほぼすべての宿泊施設が事前に人数、チェックイン時間、アレルギーの確認の連絡がありましたが、ここはありませんでした。 食事は大変満足しました。 十分な量とクオリティ、ペアリングのワインも最高でしたが、デザート用のワインは必要ないですね。コーヒーで十分なです。 部屋も最高でしたが、ビューバスの部屋との目隠しがバス側で不便でした。

利用日前日の怪我で車椅子利用を伝えたところ、部屋に行くまでに20段程度の階段があります。という回答をいただきました。 バリアフリーではないホテルなのかな？という印象を受ける言い方でした。実際は車椅子で移動できる客室もあり、そちらの案内はありませんでした。選択の余地や配慮でお客にはわからないうちに部屋が変わっているなどあると最高のサービスと感じました。 アメニティや客室からの眺望。レストランからの眺望、料理、接客は満足しました。

アクセスが分かりづらく、HPにも詳細の記載が無かったので着くのに時間が掛かった。とても良いホテルで様々なところに気遣いが見られたが、夕食が今一つという点が多々あり、残念な思いをしました。オーベルジュに多々宿泊経験がありますが、他に安価でもっと良い宿もあるので残念です。（鮮魚の鮮度が一部低いものがある、野菜の火の通り方が十分ではない、デザートが美味しくない、ミニャルディーズが湿気ていて美味しくない、紅茶がちゃんと抽出出来ていない等々）やはり食事を楽しみに伺っているので、より改善が見られないとリピートは難しいかなと思います・・・。
