It’s a lovely luxury vacation resort. Beautiful, well equipped. Shower is very powerful (not all hotels have that). Outdoor Onsen bath per room with sea view is the best. All staffs are very nice and helpful. The spa is superb too. We did facial and body massage. Totally relaxed. It’s a great resort. Dinner is nice. One recommendation: breakfast is limited to Japanese style only. It would be great if the hotel can offer Japanese style and western style. We have been to karaku Hakone. The KARAKU Hakone offers both western and Japanese style breakfast.

今回は2泊しました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフ皆様に丁寧な対応をしていただきました。 温泉もいいお湯で景色も素晴らしかったです。朝はお部屋で水平線から朝日が昇るのを見ることができました。 お食事も大満足の内容でした。今回は予約したのが遅く、朝食は付けられなかったのですが、次回は早めに予約して朝食もいただきたいです。 ラウンジのフリーのコーヒー、お菓子も美味しくて寛げました。 部屋も非常に綺麗で、アメニティも充実していて素晴らしかったです。 次回はもう少し荷物を少なくして行きます！ 今回はジムも利用しました。シューズもタオルもあり至れり尽くせりでした。 また絶対に伺います。ありがとうございました！

客室、共同スペース、どちらも清潔で掃除が行き届いていました。食事は朝、晩共に、おいしく、器を含めた見た目の美しさも素晴らしい。特筆すべきはスッタフのホスピタリティで、到着から出発まで実にきめ細かいサービスと気遣いに感心しました。　ぜひまた行きたい宿になりました。

予約から滞在中までのスタッフのサービスはとても良かったし、お食事も美味しかった 今回はクーポンの利用で安く泊ま等ことができ満足だったが、正規の金額であれば全体の内容からすると、お部屋からの眺望は6階以上でないと周りの景色が目線に入り気になったので高層階の旨みがないと思う。正直少し割高な気がした ドラマでみて、泊まりたいと思って予約したので少し期待ハズレな部分もあった

とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。何一つ問題なく家族みんな大満足でした。ただ一つだけ、大浴場の露天風呂ですが外から丸見えな感じがして、その為のローブがあるとの事でしたが一枚も見当たりませんでした。それが残念でしたがそれ以外は素晴らしいホテルでした。
