From the live jazz in the lobby to the moments in between, the musical experience is flawless. When the band isn’t playing, even the curated streaming playlist feels perfectly chosen and elevates the atmosphere. The entire property has a gorgeous, cohesive ambiance. You can tell the team pays attention to every detail—even the tone and warmth of the staff’s voices contribute to the experience. Truly exceptional."

"This was a great hotel to stay. The room was fairly large with a king bed (which isn’t usual for NYC). Location was great and staff was super friendly! We also had 2 dogs traveling with us and the facility was great and very dog friendly. "

"The rooms were clean and very nice, on the smaller side with no view (brick wall next door), but very clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous. This little hotel is nestled into Koreatown, with amazing restaurants all around. You can get discount coupons for many of them from the front desk. The hotel continental breakfast was nice, as was the Udon restaurant right next door to the hotel lobby that served delicious food and had great service. A subway stop entrance right on the corner made it easy to get just about anywhere. And, the price was right!"

"Clean room, location and view of the Empire State building. The only thing I didn’t like was renting a room with a kitchen for almost $900 and being told by staff that I had to provide my own dishwasher soap & sponges. They cost $1.25 at Dollar Tree and should be standard in every room that has a stove and sink."
