"Unique: each room has a literature theme (e.g., history, nature, business, even erotic literature!) which made it fun and a great conversation piece. The lounge with coffees, teas, waters, juices, fruits and snacks was super convenient (and essential given the room does not have coffee machine) and is also a nice library and lounge. Staff was helpful. The restaurant on the main floor was very good for breakfast and dining. "
"Room was perfect and clean. housekeeping kept the restroom stocked with towels and toilet paper. I was celebrating my birthday and they added some special touches to the room! It was a nice surprise the only thing I didn’t like was the lighting during the day was fine but at night the room got very dark other than that I loved it and would definitely stay again! "

"Booked through a third party site and was charged an undisclosed "resort fee" - a junk fee hotels charge because they can. Great hotel and staff - no amenities to justify any type of resort fee. A minor situation and customers should call it out more often. "
