"I’m always well taken care of here, and it never disappoints."

"Great place to stay! Great stay, everything was perfect! Great size rooms and bathrooms! Great view, didn’t expect to see the Empire State Building, but there it was!!! Only problem is Expedia claims they have a free shuttle to and from airport. That’s false. Other than that, it was perfection!! Definitely coming back!"

"The room was large for NYC hotels and had a bathtub which is not easy to find. Also I had stayed at the property before and the staff made sure to acknowledge that. The location was perfect, near so many attractions and parks."

"What a dream!! Already planning a trip back. The people who work there are the kindest. The rooms impeccable. And the location is central."

"Great location. Good size room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful staff"

"I stated here for the forth time this week and can honestly say the staff are like family to me now! They will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. It’s located a stones throw from Macy’s and is within walking distance of everything. Thanks to the staff again and I look toward to staying with you again 😘"

"I miss the older Japanese amenities such as tea service but its still very nice"

"The hotel is in a place that most parts are near."

"Everything was clean. The air condition was too noisy and couldn’t hear the tv well. Had to wait until compressor shut off. Since tue tv volume only went up until certain number. But everything else was great"
