"AC in rooms was efficient, so was the hot water and bathroom. Room cleanliness was adequate. Bathroom amenities may be improved with a few more hooks.
Breakfast could be enhanced with local lava beans and bread or mollusks and local cheeses. The cold cut in breakfast menu is a waste. Otherwise omelettes were tasty"

"I can not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 1 night after our Nile cruise before we went back to Luxor. The rooms were in bad repair with peeling walls and bathroom repairs needed. It looked nothing like the picture from booking. Some of the staff were very friendly and deserve credit but several staff members were unfriendly and almost rude, as though we were burdening them by being there. The location is good if you prefer to stay on the mainland, but I would not stay here for an extended period."

"I had a one-night stay. From the very first moment when they picked me up at the airport, their attitude was very respectful and warm. The room was excellent, with a lovely view of the Nile. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The quality of the food was also outstanding. I recommend this place to everyone. It has very good and strong management, everything is organized, and from the moment you enter, you feel comfortable and at ease."
