"Nice big room, with great toiletries in the bathroom. Comfortable living room area to relax in. One disappointment was having NO windows in the main bedroom & it was so dark in there! Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."
