"Check in and check out was easy, the room was clean and there was free tea and coffee. The hotel communal areas were very clean and the staff were very polite. Perfect for a budget stay. "
"This really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience.
Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out.
Room spotless, newly refurbished, great shower, comfy bed, can’t ask for anymore than that.

"This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...
