"Cons: $33/night for parking is ridiculous. Lobby coffee should be available all day. Pros: new, clean, modern, fridge and Keurig in room, quiet, good beds and pillows, excellent showerhead and good pressure/heat. Swanky. Better than Marriott or Hilton. Would stay again but for parking costs and too far from Harvard."

"The overall experience was good. Staff was very amiable. The room was clean. I thought the rate we paid was outrageous, but unfortunately comparable to other hotels on the area. One thing I fail to understand is how a hotel with 8 floors (unknown number of rooms) finds it ok to have 26 chairs for their breakfast buffet. Further, when trays of hot food run out, it isn't replaced on a timely manner. The reason I choose Holiday Inn in large part is because of their breakfast. I was a bit disappointed this time. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay."
