"I was charged $14/day for parking. Which was a surprise. Nice neighborhood. However, we had reservations for 2 nights, and canceled the 2nd night. WAS STILL CHARGED FOR A SECOND NIGHT OF PARKING. We were not happy with the room, so we checked out and canceled the 2nd night. Not able to contact ANYONE ..."
