The Hotel is in a really good location. There is a lot of things around you to do, if you don't want to drive you can walk. The mall is about 1 mile away and several restaurants are really close. It’s a very nice hotel in a nice and convenient part of town. A few minutes from downtown with all the vibrant artisan shops and attractions. 20 minutes from Biltmore Estates, which is incredible. The indoor pool and hot tub made for a relaxing evening. Free breakfast in the morning to get your day started. Pleasant staff. Cleanliness throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is ok. My room was very comfortable and clean. There are good restaurants very close- also junk food spots. There is a large grocery store that is only a 5 minute walk. Uber is expensive from here because it’s a fair ways away from downtown.
