Very clean, smelt amazing, staff super nice and seemed to actually care that you were there, room was amazing with great views, pillows and bed were perfect, and breakfast was good. Coffee with all the fixings is out all day which was super nice and it was really good coffee! 10/10 would stay again. Paid parking sucks but still cheap compared to other hotels. Prefect location close to downtown.

Love the place has great views, great breakfast and the staff is exceptional. Greeted well when I enter. In fact I’ve had several conversations with the guy at the desk( please forgive I’m bad with names) about a variety of topics. It’s like going to the barbershop 😂. Honestly it’s the only place I stay now when I come to ashville. Oh and the pool is heated all yr round. Great gym too

Enjoyed our stay. Location is right in downtown, close to everything. Very modern and clean hotel. Rooms are very thoughtfully designed. The furniture choices, design is superb. Wonderful surprise was the 5-6:30 reception hour serving wine/beer/snacks. And the breakfast was tasty, great options, not like the typical boring tasteless one. Only gripe was the $12 per day parking charge. Didnt know about it until I reached. But all in all a superb hotel
