"La Chambre n’était pas propre Nous sommes arrivée tard le soir Il n’y avais apparemment pas de personnel pour faire le nécessaire La personne qui est venue pour le canapé lit a pris des photos ( cheveux parterre , morceau de biscuit , trace de doigts sur la table de chevet …..) Le lendemain j’ai demandé à la réception de bien faire le ménage Mais le résultat n’a pas été vraiment mieux Le personnel n’est pas très aimable Un peu l’impression de les déranger Brefs selon moi ça ne vaut...

"photos is one, reality is the other. very poor maintantnce. rooms was NOT CLEAN (especially toilet..), there is a large window in the front of the room and the stuff kept coming to this window and see if i am in the room (an hour before regular checkout time) and that was really disturbing. happend at least 3-4 times. "

"The location, the hotel itself, the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast and dinner were all wonderful. The Settai of Galilee was a truly dreamlike setting, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. I was a little disappointed that our private pool didn’t have a pool light, and there was some sand or granular debris on the bottom of the pool\. Nevertheless, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience\. I would highly recommend this...

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach on the Kinneret. I saw some reviews complaining about music by the pool, but it was calm music and not too loud so don't let that put you off! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again."
