To start off I was very disappointed with the parking situation. (this hotel has weddings few times a week and a lot of guests comes and goes to the pool , to the wedding etc. they are NOT a guests of the hotel and take up all parking spaces which leave us the hotel guests no parking and we have to walk a lot and Parkette or very far away! I’ve had my elderly mother with me and it was a nightmare! Check in and check out was SO long and for no reason. Lastly they gave me a room without balcony when I specifically asked for one. I will not stay there again. 😏

Bed bugs! The management made us feel like we were the problem. We waited half a day for them to change our room. All the while trying to avoid us. I asked for compensation for the problem and was denied. We were treated terrible. I even twice caught the bed bugs put them in a bag to show them because they said they didn’t have them. My husband has bites all over him. Our room was a executive room and paid good money for it. I feel sorry for the next person who stays in that room. AVOID AT ALL COST!

We stayed 11 dais.The room was in very bad condition, bugs, dirty towels. Swimming pool was opened for local people so it was crowded and overloaded all the time. Breakfast also was not so good as it was two yeas ago.

מומלץ ביותר- חדר עם מרפסת ונוף לים
בגדול נהננו מהמלון... מרחק הליכה 5 דקות מהים ויש חניה בשפע (במקסימום אם יש עומס בחניה אז במקרה הכי גרוע מחנים במרחק 3 דק הליכה). הדבר היחידי שהפריע לנו זה שלא מחליפים מגבות ונייר טואלט בסידור חדרים וגם אחרי שהתקשרנו לקבלה לבקש לא שלחו לנו ושניסינו להתקשר שוב לא היה בכלל מענה! רק אחרי שהגענו פיזית לקבלה והיה שם במקרה עובד משק, שלחו מייד אך פחות ממה שביקשנו (יצא לי לשמוע עוד כמה אורחים מתלוננים בקבלה שלא משאירים להם מגבות..כך שנראה שקיים חוסר במלון)

The reception desk was just fine. The dining room was a little crowded. The bathroom gets a low score after mold stains and an unclean bath were seen. The pool was very crowded due to the fact that a quarter of the area was occupied by a sukkah that was dismantled lazily, several days after the end of the Sukkot holiday. Beyond that the stay, the service, the food, were welcoming and everything was in good spirits. At check out we were required to pay for a drink we did not consume, a brief inquiry freed us from payment, we need to refresh procedures on how to make sure that the room is indeed registered for the same guest.

The hotel is getting worn and tired. The rooms are worn and tired and need updating. the gym has been made even smaller recently. There was dust and paint splatter all over the equipment. Its like they forgot to cover the equipment up when renovating or painting.

People are allowed to stay in the room on Saturday night until Late so we were allowed to check in to the room only at 9pm although check in time when booking was 3pm

Very disappointing
The hotel was not ready for guests post covid. The first room we were given had no showerhead and a broken sink. The second stunk of cigarettes. The third room was acceptable but dirty. We chose to stay out of exhaustion. The safe did not work. Clearly no one vetted the rooms before booking them for guests. Throughout the stay the staff appeared to be confused. We asked for tissues for 2 days with no luck. The chairs by the pool are filthy. Simply putting the effort into using a towel or sheet to cover them would make a huge difference. The site boasts a nice spa, but the facilities were not functioning post covid. They did not mention this on their site. very disappointing. The pool is not heated at all, and even on a nice day was ice cold. Overall, the bones of the hotel are decent but upkeep is awful and the effort is not put in to make it a good experience. The hotel is booking at premium prices, and with all the issues we had could not offer the smallest compensation. We paid to upgrade the room to a balcony (+35$/night), and after 3 room switches and continued errors (half the bulbs were out) expected them to at least refund the upgrade fee. The hotel manager had nothing to offer besides an apology and explaining its a difficult time. I had hoped the Leonardo name would provide a standard but it seems not. We desperately needed this vacation and felt very disappointed for the price we paid
