Fantastic little hotel. Staff laid back and helpful. Lovely rooms with comfortable bed and nice bathrooms. Central location in ascoli. The breakfasts are incredible. Incredible. Only thing would be to get a up to date iron but I am nitpicking now.

Excellent hotel, great service, great location right in the center of Ascoli.Breakfast different and not as a buffet very good. Since the hotel is in the center of Ascoli it is hard to drive close to it and it involves driving in very narrow streets.The hotel offers hotel parking in a nearby which they assorted us too which is a great and important gesture.

Central location, comfortable room, good bathroom, great breakfast, lovely helpful staff, free parking (a short walk away). It's an old building with a cafe on the ground floor. First impressions were of disappointment due to a narrow staircase and rickety small lift, but we quickly came to love this place! The room had been modernised and had new double-glazed windows, shutters and thick curtains. Noise was not an issue other than on a Saturday night when there was an openair disco at a bar at the far end of the square and this finished by 2330hrs.

My family is from this amazing area and it was nice to see nothing has chaged since i was last here! As a child, I attended Mass at the basilica of S. Emidio. Still as beautiful now as it was then.....it's just less scary now ;) Staff was amazing! Stefania was SO helpful in our check in and locating the parking! The star was Azzura! She was a sweet as they come and made sure our service was perfect! Truly beautiful people here!

The breakfast was truly exceptional. The a la carte service, along with the quality, presentation, and generous portions of the food, was remarkable. While the room was new and clean, it would have been helpful to have been informed beforehand that it was located in a separate annex building on a different street, especially considering the need to carry our 20kg luggage. Additionally, the lack of on-site parking necessitated finding parking nearby. Regrettably, the absence of Wi-Fi in the annex made us feel somewhat disconnected from the main hotel.

Top Hotel mitten im Zentrum

Die Zimmer sind im modernen Design gestaltet, das Frühstück wird serviert und ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Durch die zentrale Lage am Abend und nachts eher laut. Angeschlossenes sehr gutes Restaurant (Erstmalig sollte beim zum Aperitif auch noch Coperto verrechnet werden - das haben wir reklamiert.)

Un Hotel al centro

Siamo datati molto bene, la struttura accogliente e personale gentilissimo, la colazione molto abbondante anche oltre le aspettative (in senso positivo). Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei ad amici. Ottima struttura non abbiamo utilizzato il ristorante ma sicuramente in un altra occasione lo faremo.

La struttura è nuovissima e moderna, dalle camere el ristorazione e bar all ingresso. Il personale è gentilissimo. Noi non stavamo bene e ci hanno chiamato la guardia medica. Abbiamo cenato da loro una buona degustazione che era abbondante e il dolce 😋. La colazione haie io e mia figlia non l abbiamo fatta giù. Mio marito mi ha mostrato le foto e c'era di tutto e portato al tavolo. Io ho chiesto in camera del te e pane tostato e frutta fresca. Tutto eccellente. La cosa che nn ho apprezzato è che l insegna di palazzo Ciotti non è visibile ma solo Agorà un po rumoroso la mattina coi mezzi x le pulizie stradali
