We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our 8-night visit to Tokyo. The location couldn’t be more convenient — Naka-Okachimachi Station is literally right in front of the hotel, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. There’s also a 7-Eleven diagonally across the street, and plenty of great food spots within a 3–5 minute walk.
The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to what we’re used to in the U.S., but the cleanliness and thoughtful layout more than make up for it. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
We also opted for the daily breakfast and were happy with the variety and quality—it was a convenient way to start each day.
Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Tokyo.

Excellent landing spot for our family of four on our first trip to Tokyo. Just the right amount of cooking supplies for breakfast in the room. This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo.

"The best hotel in Japan. The room is quiet and the location is so convenient. The subway station is right cross the street. McDonald and 7 11, a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and a near grocery store are all nearby. The check in and check out process is so efficient. We will definitely stay here ..."
