The place is beautiful, great location, it is only 10 minutes from Porto Cervo and 30 minutes from OLB airport. The staff is very friendly and there are 3 amazing beaches within a 2-minute walk.

There are three obvious reasons to stay here: (1) the proximity to the beautiful turquoise beaches, (2) the immaculate pool, and (3) air conditioning! I was mesmerized by their use of natural granite stone throughout the property, as well as their Maquis garden area.

Great access to beaches!

Nice place, but could be so much better! Close to beaches and nice pool area. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Houses had a small kitchenette with fridge, pots, m pans, small espresso maker etc. in addition there was a washing machine. There is no oven. Hardest bed I have ever slept on. There was good aircondition in the house. Kid and dog friendly! There is no serving at all on the property, but looked like there had been at some time. Pool is only open at special times and closed from 13:30-15:30 - at this time the short-cut to the beach is also locked. Gym follows the pool hours and does not open before 9:30. There is one restaurant near by with ok food. Nearest large grocery store is 5-10 min drive.

I don’t understand how there can be any negative reviews. The property is rustic, it is a three star hotel that is priced for value in a very expensive area. Given that, the property is so well kept, designed beautifully and has charming apartments that are stocked with everything you need. The staff is very nice and helpful as well! There are 5 beaches within a 5 minute walking distance from your door step and a grocery store a short drive up the road. It is a traditional Italian cottage style room with no windows to keep it cool. There is also a back porch to hang your laundry and a front porch or eat a meal or have a morning exercise. We will definitely return!

The property is very old and run down. The apartment looked and felt like a dungeon. Everything was falling apart. No service whatsoever, not enough towels and linens and when requested they charge additional 10 euros per person for additional towels.

Bellissimo soggiorno presso la residenza. Lo staff é gentilissimo e molto disponibile, la struttura è bella e perfettamente inserita nel paesaggio. Ottimi i servizi come il parcheggio e l’uso della piscina. Le spiaggie si raggiungono a piedi in 3 minuti. Speriamo di tornare l’anno prossimo!

Residence assez spatiate , les chambres sont sombres, et l'ammeublement rudimentaire. Comme souvent en italie, malheureusement deux lits simples collés, chacun son matelas et son lit. POur un séjour en couple , romantique, pas du tout idéal. Sympa pour 2 jours mais je n'y passerait pas 1 semaine entière. La plage et la piscine sont agréables, le personnel très sympa et accueillant.

Die Unterkunft lädt gerade zu ein länger dort zu bleiben. Die Zimemr sind sauber und die Küche bietet alles um auf den gemütlichen Terassen zu speisen. Der Strand ist in knapp 5 min von der Unterkunft erreichbar. Früh kommen um noch ein schattigen Platz zu ergattern, sonst Sonnenschirm.

Struttura semplice ma estremamente ospitale in ogni aspetto: dall'accoglienza clienti, alla gradevolissima area piscina (presidiata da servizio bagnino a favore delle famiglie e dei loro piccoli). Ubicazione ottima, a due passi dal magnifico mare di Capriccioli, ma anche a breve distanza da tutte le meraviglia della Costa. Rapporto prezzo/qualità imbattibile, gentilezza nei confronti del cliente all'altezza delle più blasonate strutture ricettive di zona. Ottima esperienza !

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern vor Ort. Die Anlage wirkt urig und gemütlich. Ideal sind die nahen Strände (traumhaft!) die super zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die Pools sind gepflegt und es gibt genügend schattige Plätze. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (bei uns funktionierte nur eine von den 4 Herdplatten). Es ist ein wunderbarer Platz zum erholen und Spaß haben

Good value place to stay

Everything was clean and as expected from photos. Showers are very small, and curtains stick to you. The bathrooms and bedroom on bottom floor need more mirrors. 5 beaches surround it very nearby. Staff are lovely and helpful. Overall I would recommend it for budget accommodation around Porto Cervo

Très bien

La résidence est très bien située. La chambre équipée d’une cuisine et d’une salle de bain privative était fonctionnelle et propre, la literie un peu dure, mais pour deux nuits cela n’a pas posé de difficultés. La piscine, salle de sport sont un vrai plus après une journée de plage. D’ailleurs la plage est à quelques minutes à pied, un vrai bonheur qui permet d’éviter de payer le parking ! Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Déçue

Très déçue de cet établissement , aucune communication a notre arrivée , ménage à faire soi même ( serviettes et draps changés une fois par semaine ) , bar fermé , 5 plages à proximité de l’hôtel sauf que ces plages sont interdites pour les chiens. Piscine pour chien minuscule . Chambres très mal insonorisées.obligatoire d’avoir une voiture car il n’y a rien près de l’hôtel ( 1 seul restaurant) , pas de commerces.
