Hôtel à déconseiller
Hôtel à l’abandon, où l’on réceptionne les clients sur le parking de l’hôtel. Cet établissement ne pratique pas le remboursement des nuits non utilisées pendant la période COVID, alors que ça devrait être un cas de force majeure. La taxe d’hébergement est facturée le double des autres et sans reçu. A part ça, les chambres sont spacieuses, mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, et aucun effort n’a été fait, ni pour réparer, ni pour changer de chambre. Pas de petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel, je suppose pour réduire les charges de cet établissement qui va sans doute fermer bientôt. En conclusion, c’est un hôtel à déconseiller.

nous avons réservé à 18h via l’application hôtels.com mais l’hôtel était déjà fermé ( vers17h) et il a fallu attendre que le responsable revienne à l’hôtel.
. nous avons payé avec le petit déjeuner mais comme il
n’y avait aucun personnel le lendemain car c’était dimanche donc nous n’avons rien
eu et le responsable nous a dit que nous avions réservé « juste la
chambre »!

Il rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. La camera grande e pulita. Posizione ottima vicinissima alle più belle spiagge della costa smeralda. Non avremmo potuto chiedere altro. Lo staff gentilissimo.

Ездили проездом на 1 день с ребёнком, холодильник громко работал и дул прохладно тёплым воздухом( детское питание в нем закисло( окно до конца на заерывалось, полотенца грязно белого цвета, ощущение что были не стираны( а самое главное напротив отеля ночной клуб, ночью долбит музыка и стоит галдёж...

Arrivi e la hall è chiusa nonostante ci sia scritto che è aperta dalle 9 del mattino...poi ti accompagnano in stanza e trovi tutto staccato dal frigo ai cavi del televisore...il letto senza coprimaterasso fatto con sole le lenzuola ...tre cuscini di cui solo 2 con le federe...in bagno nemmemo la busta nel cestino poi dilcis in fundu mentre ti fai la doccia l'acqua funziona ad intermittenza...bocciato alla grande

The location is close to lovely beaches such as Piccolo Pevero, Porto Sole, Spiaggia della Cala Li Mucchi Bianchi. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants, night clubs and suprmarkets.
Our room was big and nicely decorated with balcony and mountain view.
Outside the room, apart from the reception area, the hotel seems deserted.

Make do....
The door was not very secure, no safe in the room so I could never leave anything in the room. Hot water was not working well in the afternoon, only a little while in the morning. Not easy to find anyone from the management in the hotel.

Ottimo punto di partenza...
L’impatto iniziale non è stato dei migliori a causa di un presunto problema sulla prenotazione che a mio avviso poteva esser gestito in modo più collaborativo...nonostante questo piccolo inconveniente iniziale...peraltro risolto riconoscendoci un upgrade... il soggiorno, anche se di una sola notte, è andato molto bene...il residence si trova in posizione strategica rispetto a Porto Cervo e alle bellissime spiagge della Costa Smeralda...la struttura è semplice ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è pressoché imbattibile e se dovessi ricapitare in zona prenoterei nuovamente...

Einfache Zimmer in ruhiger Lage
Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber haben alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber direkt außenrum gibt es ein Restaurant und eine Bar.
Der Besitzer war außerdem sehr freundlich und ist extra länger geblieben, damit wir später einchecken konnten.

Nice residence in Porto Cervo
It is a nice, clean residence in an amazing location in Porto Cervo next to Billionaire night club. Rather basic but for this price you cannot get anything better in Costa Smeralda. Perfect for discovering local beaches and restaurants of Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia.

Great hotel manager
Quiet and affordable room very close to Porto cervo. Massimo was very welcoming and gave us great tips on where to eat, drink and activities in and around Porto cervo. Room was simple and clean. Recommend!
