"My girlfriend & I visited Aruba for the first time and chose this hotel for its location to the beach & restaurants. The staff were very helpful, shout-out Peter, Suntos & Juneku, as well as the rest of the staff, all very friendly. The rooftop pool & bar was a great combo after a long beach day. The Radisson's beach area is smaller than the other resorts that have direct beach access, which is to be expected. The beach area always had a seat for us by the time we arrived in the morning, but it was not front row real estate, so no clear line of sight on the water due to how the umbrellas are setup (which I am not complaining about because having that large, shaded area was a nice escape from the sun). We did find ourselves renting some chairs right next to the Radisson's beach area that were on the first row for the view. Overall great experience, everything was walkable and really worry free. The room was clean and spacious, and the sunset from our 9th floor room was amazing. Would recommend if you do not need the all-inclusive offerings and don't mind a short <5 min walk to the beach each morning."

"First at all the room reserved was not granted at all, so I paid for a king room with my wife, and I ended on a double queen, they did not make the minimal effort to solve the issue. To complete the issue the room given to us was really dirty, so the room cleaned condition was really bad."
