"Property was older but nicely updated. Room was very clean. I prefer a firmer bed but everything was great! I’ll definitely stay there again."

"For starters there were 3 of us in a handicap room. My Mom uses a walker or scooter at all times. The way the sofa bed made out it was difficult to get to the door and out for a handicap person. She could only use the walker in the room and just barely. They had just replaced the chairs with 2 very uncomfortable and hard to get out of chairs, especially for a handicap! There were only 2 towels, wash cloths and kitchen chairs. Why do you pay more for an extra person if they don’t provide extra...

"Beautiful property. Cozy kiva in the comfortable lobby. Clean comfy room and nice balcony. Enjoyed the decor and the great location. Walked to the Plaza and to Canyon Road. Can’t beat the location and Joes Tequila Bar was fabulous for dinner all three nights of our stay!"

"Needs some TLC, very tired-looking property. The room was basic (despite it being an upgrade) but adequate. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were very hard and the AC unit was extremely loud, resulting in a difficult night and very little sleep. We chose to check out in the morning after just one night of our two-night booking. The staff was pleasant upon check-in and check-out."

"Beautiful hotel in the center of old town. Excellent"

"Room was clean and staff were friendly. The big disappointment was that when we checked in, the front desk staff member told us the elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Our room was also located on the 4th floor! We had to haul our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs on which someone had spilled coffee. Stairs weren’t very clean or well maintained. Obviously many guests staying on the 4th floor hadn’t used the stairs previously. No discount or anything was offered...

"Except!"

"This was an average hotel. The bathroom door didn't want to stay shut. My husband could hardly get the shower spigot to come on because it was stuck. There was no freezer in the fridge, which we needed. We set the thermostat for 68 overnight to keep it cool, and it cranked up to 76 on its own. I finally just shut it off. The breakfast was average. The location was quiet."

"We took advantage of all of the amenities. Especially loved the always available shuttle and evening happy hours. Met lots of nice people and the staff were great. I miss them already."

"The check-in staff was aloof and seemed bothered to explain where things were located. The valets were great The breakfast server was great"

"Room was very clean and Sante Fe style. Quiet location, close enough to everything but away from the crowds. Breakfast was nice and the Bistro food was tasty. Staff was helpful and available. I would definitely stay here again. Parking lot was available and easy to access if needed."

"We loved the room's cleanliness. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was delicious, they had options for everyone. Was very pleased with my stay"

"Staff were very nice and helpful but the breakfast area had cockroaches running around"

"A really nice no-frills spot if you're looking to stay in downtown Santa Fe but don't want to pay downtown prices."
