Arras 2 night memorials visit

Excellent, very convenient town centre location in Arras. Staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast, although not a wide offering of cooked food, was more than sufficient as well as fresh and healthy. Scrambled eggs very well cooked. Would thoroughly recommend and would stop again.

The welcome was warm and friendly and very helpful with regard to parking. (Parking took a bit longer, but not the fault of the hotel, Arras was very busy with the Christmas Market). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful (just as needed after a long day). We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was so convenient for the Christmas Market and the centre.

Brilliant if this is what you want

I thought this was a really great hotel. It's not 5* and doesn't pretend to be, but for what it is, I think it's as good an example as I've experienced. Super friendly staff, everything working, great location, and excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault it - value for money? Phenomenal.

Our only objection was the annoying Wifi connection, which required a complete login every 30 minutes or so. The room was smaller, but mainly because the “double“ bed turned out to be quite large (and very comfortable). You cannot beat the location - just steps from Heroes Square and reasonably priced.

Good hotel

Hotel located about 10 minute walk from Train station. Easy check in although first room assigned already had someone in the room. Room had 2 single beds which were comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel within easy walking distance of central plaza where there were many restaurants. Purchased morning breakfast for 10.5 Euro. Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cheese, yogurts, croissants, juice and coffee and dry cereals.

The room was clean and adequate but a bit too small. I didn't have space to open a large suitcase anywhere in the room. There was a small shelf under the tv and I collided into it trying to squeeze by the foot of the bed The room was clean but very utilitarian - more like a room in an institution of some kind. It was cold in Arras and the heat was turned off, making for a very chilly night my first night. I spoke to the front desk and got a space heater for the next night. The staff were kind and helpful and it is definitely serviceable but not necessarily 'cozy'. The breakfast the next morning was pretty minimal.
