Great location, relatively close to Arona and Meina. Our room was not facing teh lake and was an average room, however clean and comfortable. Breakfast good, but nothing special. Maybe the owner could be a bit more warm and caring about guests. A smile never hurts.

There are a few negative points and one good point. 1. The hotel is called a hotel with a restaurant, but the restaurant was not open. I made a reservation for a restaurant by text message (hotels.com) when I made the reservation the hotel, but there was no reply. Of course, there was no information that it was not open. I was told to go to the pizzeria that was a minute's walk away. 2. I had to press and hold the button to call the elevator. I waited for several minutes, but the elevator did not come, so I got on with other guests from another floor. Of course, they did not tell me that information. 3. There was no exit even when I went down the stairs to the lower floors. I could not get out unless I took the elevator to a floor with an exit on the ground floor. In the event of a fire, the structure is dangerous. Of course, they did not tell me that information. 4. The reception is closed from 18:00. I cannot ask for anything at night. I would accept the information if they told me in advance, but they did not tell me at the time of reservation or check-in. Suggestion: It would be good to post a night contact number at the reception and entrance. 5. I don't think it was intentional, but he charged me for the room even though I had already paid through Hotels.com. I told them I was sure I had paid, and then he checked. *I think they are not good at sharing information overall. *The view from the window is absolutely beautiful!!!

Tolles Hotel, nur leider hat sich abends wo wir auf dem Balkon gesessen haben sich die Musik vom Hotel und die Musik des Nachbarhotels überschnitten.... Das war etwas nervig und hatte nichts mit Entspannung zu tun die wir eigentlich gesucht hatten. Essen, Sauberkeit und vor allem das Personal war super. LG Sandra & Mathias

Neuwertige und komfortable Zimmerausstattung und ein richtig gutes Frühstück. Dazu noch freundliches und sympathisches Personal. Die Aussicht auf den Lago ist einfach bestechend und sicher ein Highlight. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall und bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder.

Hotellet ok. Personalen sådär. Parkering dålig. Lyhört mellan rummen. Satt kvar efter frukost en stund för att kalla vad vi skulle ta oss för men blev ivägskickade för man skulle duka till lunch. Klockan var 10:15. Parkeringen var bara kaos. Inga fickor utan alla ställde lite godtyckligt. Vilket resulterade i att bilen blev inlåst. Vacker utsikt från terrassen.

Pesimo Manager

La unica queja que tengo con el hotel es el servicio del Manager, Sr. Luca quien presta un pésimo servicio ya que el día de mi llegada no fue posible hacer check in debido a que el hotel estaba cerrado y completamente desatendido ni en remota posición; se hicieron incontables llamadas al timbre disponible según instrucciones, así como llamadas telefónicas al numero puesto en la puerta encontrándose siempre ocupada la linea. Este procedimiento se llevo a cabo por casi 3 horas y las cámaras de vigilancia lo pueden constatar. Finalmente me toco hacer check in hasta el otro día, (perdiendo esa noche de alojamiento) y cuando solicite la posibilidad de adelantar un desayuno media hora de lo habitual por mi agenda, no obstante los meseros, (a propósito excelentes, especialmente Marco...Una joya de La Corona) habían mostrado disposición a colaborarme, recibi una llamada en la noche anterior del Manager Luca diciendo que no podían ofrecerme ese servicio, sin ni siquiera presentar alternativas o solución alguna, muestra de su total desinterés y falta de servicio al cliente, mas sabiendo por la falta que ya de por si el hotel había tenido conmigo. Pésimo servicio de ese señor.

Modern, with great views.

I stayed for 1 night on my way from Switzerland to Milan Malpensa Airport. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Modern amenities, nice cool A/C, and stunning views of Lago Maggiore from the restaurant deck. Breakfast was included. Free parking in their own private parking lot. Service was friendly and prompt. Anyone looking for a place in this region should book.

Toutes les prestations ne sont pas au rendez vous

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il offrait quelques prestations non négligeables telles que balcon et baignoires à jets. Le détail de la chambre réservé notait bien ces éléments. A notre arrivée, chambre sans balcon et avec douche... Le personnel semblait surpris que nous demandions cela.. car cela fait parti des chambres de haut standing ´suite ´. L'hôtel offre tout de même une vue magnifique sur le lac lors du petit déjeuner. La chambre et literie sont tout de même correct.

Ottimo hotel vista lago

Soggiornato due notti in camera singola in questo hotel, l’accoglienza è stata professionale, la camera era pulita, non spaziosissima, ma essendo una singola era sufficiente, il bagno enorme dotato di tutto il necessario. L’hotel ha le chiavi a card che permettono di entrare ed accender le luci, così come l’accesso dall’esterno negli orari in cui la reception è chiusa, molto comodo e con un ascensore di immediato accesso. Non ho usufruito della colazione compresa ma al check out mi è stato offerto il caffè, molto gentile. La posizione, essendo rialzata, offre una veduta del lago splendida sia da alcune camere che dalle varie terrazze, oppure dall’altra la vista è sulla statua di San Carlo. L’hotel dispone di un parcheggio privato, molto comodo visto che non esiste molto spazio sulla strada, e di un ristorante interno. Si trova leggermente fuori Arona, quindi per accedervi è consigliabile l’uso dell’automobile, a piedi è una passeggiata di mezz’oretta, che al ritorno è tutta in salita. Mi son trovato molto bene in generale e posso consigliarlo anche per il prezzo onesto.
