"Carlos Mansion Hotel was the first stop on our Peloponnesian trip and it was a delight to spend time at the hotel. In truth, it's more of a serviced flat than a hotel and the owners take extra care to make sure your stay is comfortable and quiet. The area is quite rural but still easily walkable to Methoni, and the flat itself was well-appointed and a little oasis to relax and enjoy quiet breakfasts or afternoon siestas. "

"Hidden gem in the Peloponnes! Lovely pool; long enough to swim a few laps. Quiet rural area just 10 minute drive to Methoni and the beach there. Gorgeous self-catering accommodation (they’ve started doing breakfast hampers too); the villas arent on top of each other so you’ve got a very decent amount of privacy. And incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. We’ve stayed there three times already and will definitely be back. "

The staff were pleasant to interact with and very welcoming. The facility is dated but in good condition and very well cared for. We very much enjoyed our brief stay and would enjoy a return visit!"
