Excellent customer service

I give the Elite city resort in Kalamata 10/10 for the customer service. A minor problem was resolved extremely quickly. The rooms are large, cleaned daily exceptionally well by Cleopatra and kettle/ iron available on request. The pool is amazing and the free beach opposite offers clear water and a lovely view. I would highly recommend.

A lovely restful spot with beautiful surroundings

I enjoyed the location of the hotel a little bit out of the main drag and closer to nature by being at the end of the beach strip. The staff were all really friendly and the place had a nice vibe to it. The beach infront was magnificent and the bus stops every half hour in i front of the hotel before going into town

Great property and location. Restaurant has amazing buffet breakfast. Lunch and dinner menu and food quality is very high. Beds are comfortable. Loved the beach and pool. We had a special request which the hotel accommodated without question and promptly. A very enjoyable stay. Stay again? Absolutely!!

The place is clean, a little too far from the main building and amenities, it wasn't explained, so we didn't know what to expect, and were disappointed by the results...we expected a different room and weren't ready for the surprise...

This hotel/resort is a gem. I would consider this a 5 star resort. The bungalow we stayed in was modern, clean and spacious. Some bungalows had private pools. Incredible value! The pool was gigantic and well maintained. The free buffet breakfast was incredible. Staff were super friendly. Tennis courts and playgrounds for children were top notch. The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. Bus to old town located in front of hotel for $1.20 euros. Taxis were inexpensive, $6-7 euros. My favourite place in Greece to stay. It has everything! We didn’t want to leave. Kalamata is a great, safe and super friendly city to visit and restaurants are the best. Incredible value. We love this place/city. Richard from Canada.

The reception was stunning, as was the dining areas and the pool. Downside to pool is it only has one sign saying how deep it is. When you step down the main large steps the is a slope which is dangerous as all of a sudden you are out of you depth, no lines no signs quite scary for not a great swimmer. The beach is right opposite with beautiful clear water, beware of the fish that nip your ankles, didn’t happen to me but dud everytime to my hubby, perhaps he should use more sun block!! The rooms are clean and perfect, corridor to the room is sadly in need of new carpet All staff are amazing and friendly and only to happy to help Definitely recommend
